Wine Club Terms & Conditions
As a member, you agree to all Terms and Conditions of Wine Club membership. By becoming a member, you verify that you or the recipient of the club benefits are at least 21 years of age. Membership benefits are non-transferable.
Notifications
You will receive an email notice prior to each Wine Club Release shipment (Spring and Fall) noting important dates and details of your shipment. It is your responsibility as the Wine Club member to notify La Garza Cellars in writing by email to info@lagarzacellars.com of any changes to credit card or billing/shipping address no later than one (1) week prior to the billing date. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes after billing.
Billing
The Wine Club Release shipments of twice per year (Spring and Fall) and any related shipping fees will be charged to the credit card you provide. It is your obligation to update your billing and shipping address changes by logging into your account, or in writing by email to info@lagarzacellars.com no later than one (1) week prior to the billing date. La Garza Cellars is not responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected or returned shipments or changes made after said deadline. If a Wine Club Release shipment is returned for an incorrect address or three failed delivery attempts, you are responsible for the additional cost of reshipping or a restocking fee of $25.00. Club wine purchases, taxes and shipping are non-refundable once they have been processed.
Shipping
We have negotiated the lowest Washington delivery shipping costs available and are pleased to pass the savings on to our Wine Club members. We use a service called VinoShipper for all sales requiring shipping outside of Washington State. Shipping charges for outside Washington State delivery are calculated by VinoShipper. Due to federal law requiring all wine shipments to be signed for by a person at least 21 years of age, a day-time delivery address, preferably a business address, is requested. Please notify us if the shipping address you provided is a commercial business address or a residential address. Shipments are handled by the shipping service and cannot be delivered to PO, FPO, APO or IPO boxes. Returned or refused shipments will incur additional fees as noted above.
Winery Pick Up
Due to space constraints at the winery, picking up your Wine Club Release shipment is available on a limited basis and to a limited number of club members. Wine Club members who are approved for “Tasting Room Pick Up”, are required to pick up their Wine Club Release shipment no later than one (1) month following your Wine Club Release notice date. La Garza Cellars is unable to hold your wine shipments past this time. If after two (2) months, you have not picked-up your wine or made other arrangements to receive your wine, we will consider your wine abandoned and it will be returned to inventory and will incur additional restocking fees as noted above. We are unable to process any returns/exchanges after 90 days following your Wine Club Release notice date. Please contact us at info@lagarzacellars.com if you need to make other arrangements.
Substitutions
We understand that you may prefer certain wines over others. However, we encourage you to try our Winemaker’s Selections as they reflect the high quality and style you expect from La Garza Cellars, and are generally of limited production. If our Wine Club ordering tool allows for substitutions we will let you know via our Wine Club Release notification email. If you have any questions regarding the selected wines in your shipment please contact us at info@lagarzacellars.com prior to the billing date.
Cancellations
Requests to cancel your Wine Club Membership can be made after you have received two (2) Wine Club shipments*, and requires a written 14-day cancellation notice to info@lagarzacellars.com. If your 14-day cancellation notice is received after the transmittal of a La Garza Cellars Wine Club Release notice during a scheduled Wine Club Release shipment period, that shipment will be processed and shipped as your final Wine Club shipment. All wine purchases, taxes and shipping are non-refundable after processing. Early cancellations, before receiving the two (2) Wine Club shipments, will result in a $75.00 Cancellation Fee.
Sharing Your Club Benefits
We are only able to have one (1) primary member name on the Wine Club membership record. Membership benefits are non-transferable.
*The Founders 12 Bottle Club requires a minimum of four (4) shipments, after which you may cancel at any time.
